How we work

UrineFREE is an all- in- one product that does the job on all urine. All urine consists of urea, urochrome and uric acid crystals. Some general cleaners can remove the water soluble components of urine (urea and urochrome) but leave behind the non-soluble uric acid crystals that retain the odour and stain. These crystals attach to surfaces and are very difficult to dislodge.  Any humidity or dampness will trigger the dormant crystals bringing back the odour.

UrineFREE is a combination of specifically selected enzymes and bacteria that digest the uric acid crystals and also remove the urea and urochrome components of urine. UrineFREE is safe to use around children and pets and is bio-degradable.

How to locate urine

Many people tell us that they can smell the urine but can’t find it. UrineFREE Urine Detector solves that problem . With our urine detector LED technology, darken the room  and shine the torch and be your own CSI investigator. Dried urine will fluoresce, then treat it according to the directions on the bottle or this website. After treatment check again with the UrineFREE Urine Detector to see if you got it all.

Handy Hints

Do not use other cleaning or odour-masking products. These coat the urine, making it more difficult to remove.

Check for colourfastness on a small area before treating new surfaces.

Shake well before use and do not dilute product.

Repeat applications may be necessary, especially on older stains. Occasionally, a stain may intensify during the treating process. This indicates urine rising to the surface. It will disappear with repeated treatments.

Allow the area to stay wet with urineFree as long as possible. Plastic wrap may assist where high evaporation is occuring, for example where hot sun is shining through a window onto an affected area.

DIRECTIONS FOR USING UrineFREE

Blot up as much fresh urine as possible with absorbent towels.

Adjust nozzle to spray or stream with UrineFREE to saturate the area.

Let UrineFREE dry naturally. Do NOT rub.

When dry, rewet the area with a cloth dampened with water.

Blot excess moisture with absorbent towels to remove residue.

Allow to dry.
